We’re back
The first lines of CtrlZone were written in 2019 at the Bilişim Vadisi (Turkey’s IT Valley) incubation center. We rebuilt the project, interrupted by the pandemic, with the experience gained in the years since, and today our team of 10 is once again alongside esports centers and iCafes.
Our Story
- 2019
An idea at Bilişim Vadisi
We saw game venues running their front desk, time, membership and logging with separate programs and by hand. To bring all of this onto one platform, we started building the first version of CtrlZone at the Bilişim Vadisi incubation center.
- 2020
Pandemic and pause
With venues closed, the project was put on hold. As a team we moved into healthcare and built software projects there. That period gave us valuable experience in data security, uninterrupted operation and reliability under heavy use.
- Again
From scratch, with the field
When venues filled up again we rebuilt CtrlZone from scratch. We redesigned the product around operators’ needs: a local server that works even when the internet drops, 5651-compliant logging, cash security, a game library, tournaments and mobile apps.
- Today
A growing team
We keep developing the product with our team of 10. Next, we aim to grow our R&D in a technology development zone and bring CtrlZone to venues abroad.
What we care about
The program runs inside the venue; if the internet drops, open sessions, cash and records are not affected.
The venue’s data stays on its own front desk computer. Sensitive information such as the cash difference is shown only to authorized people.
A team you can reach from installation to daily use; every common topic is documented in the Support Center.

We are open to partnerships with esports tournaments, venue networks, hardware and technology companies. We welcome sponsorship, advertising and partnership proposals.
