SECURITY
Your data stays in your venue
CtrlZone runs all of the venue’s work on the front desk computer. The venue keeps working even if the internet drops.
Venue data
- Local serverStations, front desk, members and reservations are stored on the venue’s local network.
- Uninterrupted operationIf the internet drops, open sessions, cash and records are not affected; the venue keeps running.
- 5651 loggingAccess logs are signed and stored as daily files; no separate logging program is needed.
- Encrypted cloud backupThe optional backup is stored encrypted on the server. 5651 logs and images are never sent to the cloud; CtrlZone does not open the backup’s contents.
Front desk and staff
- Role-based permissionsEach staff member can only do what they are authorized for; per-person exceptions can be defined.
- Audit logRefunds, discounts, free closings and settings changes are recorded with who did it and when.
- Cash differenceStaff only enter the cash count; the expected amount and the difference are shown only to the manager.
- Critical alertsCash differences, wallet changes and faults are sent instantly to the manager’s phone.
Updates and payments
All installation and update files are digitally signed; a file whose signature cannot be verified is not installed. License payments are taken on the secure page of iyzico or PayTR with 3D Secure; card details never reach CtrlZone.
