PlayStation and console lounge management
Console stations are managed on the same floor plan as PCs; pricing follows the number of players, and the TV turns on and off with the session.

What it does
Base rate for 1–2 players, a separate hourly rate for 3–8 players; if the player count changes mid-session, the difference applies from that moment.
When a session starts the TV turns on and the console wakes; when it ends the console goes to rest mode and the TV turns off.
Controllers and other equipment are assigned to the station; set free units, hourly or per-session charges.
Stations, days and times are booked in advance; members book from their phone.
Orders are placed via the QR code at the station and added to the session tab.
The report shows how much each console earns and which stations are never used.
How a day goes
This is how a typical flow in your venue runs with CtrlZone.
- 1 · SessionThe desk opens the console station; the program asks for the player count.
- 2 · PlayThe TV turns on automatically; controllers are logged to the station.
- 3 · ChangesIf the player count changes, update it with a right-click; pricing follows the new table from that moment.
- 4 · ClosingThe session closes and the TV turns off 5 seconds later; time and orders are collected on a single tab.
